Hazel ANN Fine Ceramic tableware is made with finest raw materials sourced from various parts of the world. Our ceramic products are delicate and all delicate material shall be handled with care.

Your Hazel ANN ceramic product must not be subjected to extreme temperature changes or exposed to a naked flame or hot liquids above boiling temperature.

Never pour boiling water into a cold piece of ceramic. First warm the piece and then allow water to go off the boil before pouring into the cup, pot, etc.

Some Fine Ceramic Mugs and serving dishes can be warmed before use in an oven or hostess trolley at a temperature of no more than 100°C.

All our products are Microwave Safe - except products with Gold or Platinum decorations.

Tableware with gold or platinum decoration must not be used in the microwave.

Our products are not made for cooking

WASH CARE

All Ceramic products can be used in a dishwasher - in a gentle cycle and at a maximum hot water temperature of 65°C / 150°F - using a standard dishwasher agent.

Stubborn stains can be removed by soaking in a mild bleach solution for up to one hour without damaging the Ceramics. Scouring pads, abrasive pads, steel wool scrubs and washing agents must not be used. Soaking in warm water before you wash your product will help remove most stains or hardened particles.Ideally, one can hand wash the items after soaking, but as noted above, dishwasher can be an option for less delicate china.

While it "can" be safe to put ceramics in a dishwasher, it really depends on the item, and when in doubt hand washing with a soft cloth, a delicate damp sponge, dish towel or a soft paper towel and using warm soapy water or mild dish detergent is a safe option.

Any minute marks caused by metal deposits from cutlery in particular can be removed with tooth powder or baking soda. In some cases (particularly in hard water areas), the use of a 50/50 mix of water and white vinegar can remove coffee and tea stains on tea cups for example, which you can gently rub out with a soft cloth.

STORING CERAMICS

When storing Ceramic mugs, try not to slide them over one another as this may cause tiny scratches in the glaze. The surface used on tableware is hard, however the front of one plate can be scratched by the back of another so care should be taken when stacking and we recommend that a paper napkin is placed between each plate in order to take proper care of the surfaces.

Cups should not be stored or hung from a cup hook or stacked, as this may weaken the handles.

Ensure that products are always stored dry.

RETURN POLICY.

Our products if damaged can be returned in a 30 day period from the actual delivery date. Ceramic damages due to transportation are not covered.
